We're going to be providing a window into the lifestyle for people looking for new brands / shops & people trying to get into the game with their own brands / shops.
Along w/ the usual hype (style guides, look books, dope sh*t) we will profile brands you'll want to keep a eye on and we'll also show some insight into getting involved in the game by letting brands & shops at different levels speak on what they know / go through.
About the concept behind the group:

It's simple, the diamond syndicate rose to power by taking a resource that had grown plentiful (diamonds, fool) and narrowed down the supply to a few elite channels by teaming up and manipulating the supply & demand together.
In this case, The Takeover Crew Cartel holds the diamonds.
A company calls itself a brand & sets up to sell gear every day, few are actually capable of rising in a steadily saturated market that has channels SO wide it's near impossible to be seen.
Those few that make it to the surface we call the "rare breed". They have more of a chance than anyone, and we feel they should pushed to the top by fans & peers.
For the "rare breed", we provide a platform to be seen, heard and understood direct from their own mouths. Not only that but a real opportunity to network with other players in the game to talk shop & collaborate on becoming something more than "me too" brands. We believe a reputation among peers & the public is like money in the bank.
We share some jewels publicly to help weed out the big dogs from the pups and help them to identify themselves or others as one of the "rare breed", people you know will be a success in the business who are not deterred by the crowded lanes and have an idea how to become a stand out brand. We amplify those voices as well and fill the vaults with more jewels.
