When your sad for so long, it becomes like a little bubble. And although that bubble is a horrible place to be, it starts to feel like protection, like it's where you belong. So when you start to feel true happiness again, it feels like your losing yourself. You start to question if you truly want to be happy again, or weather you want to just stay in your little bubble.
