I’m an ordinary girl from the rural lands of Pennsylvania. My family wasn’t rich or famous. My dad was a mechanic and my mom stayed at home. I was lucky enough to be born into a supportive family who said Yes to me following my dream of being a Rockstar. Now, Twenty years later I’m in this incredible position to spread positivity around the world with my music and what I stand for as a person. And This isn’t something I went after, or expected. But for some reason you all feel like I’m more than just a musician on a stage to you. This makes me feel so honored. I’m humbled by your trust in me. You trust me with your deepest darkest secrets, you cry on my shoulder, you open up your heart and let me live in there. For some of you you’ve shared more of your insides with me than your own families and lovers. I hope you know that you can always wear your insides on the outside with me. I’m always going to be here for you. Like I said, I’m only human, a nobody…. but you make me feel like a superhero.
