Hi, I'm Ace! I use they/she, if you're wondering how to refer to me. I saw some other trainers posting about their 'mons so I figured I'd give it a go! I'm originally from Alola, but I'm currently visiting Kalos right now. I was Champion for a while but stepped down because let me tell you, NOBODY tells you about the shit they make you do while Champion! Now I'm just exploring the world with my awesome team, and my partner of course!

Hello Humans! I'm Zygarde, and I'm the reason Ace is in Kalos right now :) Most people know me as the protector of the ecosystem, but I'm also Ace's partner! I like them a lot! :D You can use it/its or she/her to refer to me. If you wanna hear just from me, I claimed the tag #zyposting! I know Ace is a bit anxious about going public with our relationship, so please be nice to them!

Oh yeah, I never thought I'd say this in a million years, but I'm dating Zygarde! It joined my team pretty recently but we've been pretty close for a while now! Its the only pokemon I'm... that close with, for those who are curious (yay I'm special <3). I consider the rest of my team like family. Speaking of, here's the rest of my team!

Umbra (they/them) is my Zeraora and my ace from my Champion days! I also have Meisha (she/her), my Meowscarada and my first pokémon! There's also Lockjaw (he/him) my Feraligatr, Igor (any pronouns) my Chandelure, Asriel (he/they) my Absol! And Zygarde of course, I wouldn't let anyone forget about her! This is just my current team, I've also got other pokemon from being champion!. Feel free to ask about them, but I think they might be pretty quiet on here ^^"

Hello Ace and Zygarde,

If you don't mind me cutting to the chase, I am curious about the way Zygarde functions on a biological level. Considering its nature as a being comprised of many smaller organisms, how noticeable is this in everyday life? How well do the cells stick together and communicate with each other? Is there ever confusion or disagreement between the different cores?

I hope it's not too forward of me to ask any of this. You are just such a unique Pokémon that I can't help but wonder.

Hello Professor! I don't mind answering this at all! I've heard humans use the term "hivemind" to describe how my cells work! My cells are like drones while my cores are like my brain, to put it human terms. They're all one conscious, but just split into different parts, so I can be in multiple places at once!

I hope you two are having a lovely trip, missing you two already in the city. We're holding things down back here, even if things are getting a little strange with Vincent. Just wanted to let you two know that we're wishing you well at the hotel and hope you have a fun trip!

We had a great time at Terminus Cave, thanks for asking! We'll be heading back to Lumiose City soon, I think Ace is having fun exploring more of Kalos. The train we take goes through a few cities, so we've been stopping to explore a bit more. Looking back at it, I'm glad we ended up taking the train, after our "fun" in Terminus Cave, I don't have the energy to fly us places. I guess I'm not fully used to Mega Evolution yet, but its still new to me, I'm not going to get used to it overnight.

You weren't the first to ask about a souvenir, so we spent a bit looking for something special in Anistar City! I'm surprised we found it, but we found some old postcards for Terminus Cave. A century or two ago, there used to be a huge mining operation near the caves. I scared off all the miners since they destroyed pretty much everything in sight. Now people are scared to go near there, which is why we were surprised to find postcards in the first place. But we figured it would make the perfect gift! Once we get back to Lumiose, I'll be sure to give you one!
