- Zuzella Folsom – Dakota’s childe. She lives in the Louisiana Reservation since the departure of the Gangrel clan from New Orleans in the 1995. She is an anthropologist who studies Native American culture of the Southeastern United States and can spend hours talking about subjects of her interest.
- Mohammed bin Rahman is a neonate who brought the living head of an ancient gangrel to the city and unwittingly got stuck in New Orleans because of the Sabbat siege. He was straight off taken under Dakota’s wing. Managed to survive two fierce battles and committed a diablerie by order of the ancient’s head. So, in the event of a successful lifting of the siege he will face the Camarilla letter of the law.
- Dakota Salmon is my pc. She is a former Gangrel Primogen of New Orleans who returned to the city in mid-2022, seeking to regain her former influence and secure a place for the clan in the city. Currently she took a position of the second hound in exchange for the right to stay in the city and lives with Avery, nosferatu and first hound of NO.
- Ell Miller is one of the gangrel of New Orleans. N/b. He have joined the Anarchs after the eviction of the clan in the 1995. He is a former ward of Dakota. Currently he is back in the city due to the Sabbat siege seeking to participate in the defense and then to stay in New Orleans afterwards. - Yun-hie is a former Sabbat scapegoat of sorts. Pack she belonged to was demolished and she was spared due to local Prince generosity and other gangrels protectorship.
- Yaropolk “the Colonel” is a big and dreadful 400-year-old Russian. Silent, harsh and radical. Joined the defense of New Orleans after the start of the Sabbat siege in order to avenge the death of his childe.
- Jack is a wonderful rake Anarch with a heart of gold who joined the defense of New Orleans after the start of the Sabbat siege. He took a great part in saving Yun-hie's life.
