My face when I spot someone else’s food that looks better than mine. 😏 Tag your friends who are also like this~ 🤭 I wanted to share some of my favorite foods found at the popular local diner Zippy's! Spam musubi is the classic Hawaii snack food consisting of a rice ball and spam (some variations have egg) wrapped in nori (dried seaweed). Another variation is the hot dog musubi. Spam musubis can be found in many restaurants including Zippy’s and 7-Elevens in Hawaii. But the real winner at Zippy’s is their signature chili and fried chicken which goes so well with macaroni salad and rice! Hungry yet? Next time you’re in Hawaii… Next stop, Zippy’s!

One head-scratcher: "STRUDEL!" Us locals call them Napples, bro. Seems like Jason is really into Zippy's but ignores the whole Napoleon's Bakery side of the operation, which I can respect. Dessert is good, but seconds is better.

"Doug is a very creative eater." If ordering a chili frank and having the Zippy's staff put it in three separate containers qualifies as "very creative," then sure.

*86-ing hamburger patties really simplifies the menu. No hamburger steak, no loco moco (or Chili Moco), no hamburger sandwiches. No need to make gravy. No need to buy/bake buns. No need to make french fries. It's a smart move---but I don't know if I would have done it.

Wholeheartedly agree that visitors should check out a Zippy’s when they come to Hawaii, though in most cases I’d recommend going for a snack rather than an actual meal. “Small chili rice and a medium lilikoi” is my personal go-to.

Zippy’s alerted its customers April 27 that it experienced a data breach at all of its 25 restaurants.
