Thank you so much. And I guess I'll answer it here. So, when I first started making A.S.O.G., there was a lot of stories and headcannons about what the beads meant to orcs. It was acknowledged as a community that they represented battles they been in, given to them by family, etc. But for a significant other to give you bead was asking to court them or proposing in a way.
So pretty much, what Zerx saw was the love of his life roll up to his house. Hand him so pretty flowers and caramel. And he's thinking oh that's so cute. However, Anx like "lol they got something else." He open the box and bam there's a giant diamond ring with the words "Marry Me" floating around. Then he looks over to his sweet sweet innocent significant other and realizes they don't know. He doesn't have the heart to explain to them.
