Zelic!

A mechanic obsessed with robots, he works for Neon repairing all sorts of mechanical stuff, and in his free time he builds himself little useless robots and collects outfits. He loves fashion and colorful eye-catching clothes, which is not very recommended when you're a pirate and criminal. Good thing he isn't a pirate, he just works for/with pirates. Totally different things of course.

A fun fact about Zelic is he and Mod (the robot) are from the same species, and his prosthetic leg was built from a leg from the same kind of robot that Mod is. And a fun fact about his leg is that he fucked something up when building it so it never displays the exact colors he wants it to.
