43. bite ( lip ) kiss

        HER BREATH ESCAPES HER IN a gasp cut short, the sound of which comes across as a whine when the sudden kiss is drawn out with joohyuk’s teeth nipping and pulling at seonmi’s bottom lip. it’s yet another spontaneous act of his, one lacking in their usual audience despite being in the living room in the middle of the afternoon while an action movie continues before them. with sehun and jisoo out of the cabin with jongin, there’s almost NO NEED for intimacy... yet it’s slowly become commonplace even when it’s just the two of them, not that seonmi particularly minds, as shocking as it may be. in fact, she finds herself leaning into joohyuk’s space once contact is broken with her eyes still closed, those very lids fluttering open a mere beat later when she SUSPECTS that he’s donning a smirk for eliciting that barely audible reaction seconds prior.

        ALMOST THREE WEEKS HAVE PASSED since they’d all arrived at the cabin, since her and joohyuk had begun their f a k e relationship, and while the two had initially been bickering on the sly, there’s been a shift as of late; maybe she’s not taking his teasing to heart anymore, or maybe she’s merely — FINALLY — become numb to it all, she can’t be sure of which. however, her shoulders aren’t as square while they share the same bed and simple, murmured favours are now posed more than EVER. with caution being thrown to the wind from the start with joohyuk’s “ romantic ” stunts, it speaks volumes that seonmi hasn’t scolded his bravado as much as before, chalking it up to becoming accustomed to it.
