With the launch of Zangari membership club, the content aim will be for it to get more customers to buy from them rather than their dealers. Their websites is needing to attract some long term customers and also gain new customers as well. To effectively engage the customers for the club web page, the concept was for the site to express the red carpet experience and for it to focus on people and the members rather than the cars itself.
To achieve this, imagery on the page will focus on showing people with the brand cars and also show clients experiencing the rewards from the program. The main elements for the site will be a wide image banner that will feature key pages of the site such as current events. The site will also involve customers who have already received the rewards such as an article or short video blogs. This may not interest potential member to read or watch but it will show them that Zangari does take an interest in their customers.
The page will also include a rating system that allows customers to rate and comment on their rewards. This will create an involvement within the site and create a sense of community. The overall page style will be forced on the using the colour of the clubs logo that will emphasis the glamour and desire of the luxury style.
