What if...
The Ishigami Villagers didn't know that LGBTQ+ was even a option, they were somehow never taught about it and the hundred tales didn't cover the topic.
They likely aren't going to be -phobic, just simply not know that the possibility existed.
Like, sure, Matsukaze is weird around Ginro, and there are a few individuals amongst their village who their consider "weird", but they aren't against those individuals, they just never really considered that sexuality and gender could be explored outside of thoughts and imagination.
Francois being non-binary is probably not that crazy to them, still took time to get used to, but they never found a reason to question it.
Imagine their shock when they catch Senku and Gen kissing.
Imagine their questions...
"Village chief kissing a man? is that allowed?"
And the two proceed to teach the villagers about the LGBT's and pride and the prejudices from before the petrification.
Ryusui, Francois, Maybe Ukyo joining in.
Yuzuriha and Taiju the MVP allies who know alot about LGBT because Senku is aroace (with Gen being like a tiny exception in certain aspects - like senku was never even curious to explore what certain stuff felt like to do before Gen) and teaching the villagers what they know.
Senku and Gen wake up on first of june and see that the villagers have decorated the village with colorful garlands and banners.
And noone realy changes the everyday life routines.
Pride parade not being necessary because the villagers accept the LGBTQ+ people without issue.
