I’m learning to make tamago! Part of my endless quest for gluten-free Asian foods! Substituted the lightest tamari I could find for usukuchi/shiro/shoyu soy sauce (most people don’t know that soy sauce is actually made with wheat!) and used a GF hondashi. #celiac #glutenfree #yummystuff
