Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops. 1 cup Caesar salad dressing. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Grate Parmesan cheese and mix it with seasoned breadcrumbs, chopped fresh parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a shallow dish. Make sure that every pork chop is fully covered in Caesar salad dressing. Cover both sides of the pork chops with the breadcrumb mixture by pressing them into it. Warm up the olive oil in a skillet that can go in the oven over medium-high heat. For two to three minutes on each side, brown the pork chops. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C.
