Would you sacrifice the Chargers?-ok I’m gonna get flack for this but yes. hindsight is 20/20 so if I’d’ve known the qunari would do what they did I wouldn’t(I mean I expected an invasion I just didn’t expect an attack on the Inquisition on top of that). the reason as to why I would is because I felt that the lives of 6ish ppl in exchange for qunari intel and qunari dreadnoughts was worth it. as a leader of armies you need to make callous decisions. morally I wouldn’t do this choice but from a cold calculated stance it seemed like the better option. this intel (pre-Trespasser) ended up saving Denerim from a humongous fire instigated by the Venatori and saved many lives. I say pre-Trespasser because on files where you saved the Chargers, there is literally no mention of Denerim burning to the ground so idk if this terrorist attack was influenced by the Ben-Hassrath to seem more useful to the Inquisition and distract us from their bullshit. but yea at that moment of the quest, I would save the dreadnough, even though on a metatextual level I would regret it.

We didn’t plan it, we didn’t coordinate it; it just happened. Life is beautiful.
