"Welcome once again to Gotham, Doctor."
Ah... Bane, isn't it? I'd say it's nice to see you again, but I'm not sure this is a social visit. Can I help you?

Obviously they werenât much of a secret anymore, but that could only be attributed to the the membersâ collective apprehension and arrest all those months back. âIs that so?â Walking further into her suite.
"I would definitely say so." she said, watching as he walked further into her suite, Lois didn't close the door but  she did duck past him and walked over to her bed, and pushed her laptop close. "Bane right?" she said looking up at him, "The man who broke the Bat."Â
"SeĂąora Lane! As lovely as ever, if I might add. To what do I owe the pleasure?"
Lois looked up at the man, she practically had to crane her her neck to look up at him. Lois fixed a smile on her face, she had been looking into a shadowy organization she'd only heard whispers of, called the secret six but he didn't need to know that. "I think this is one of those very lucky coincidences." she saidÂ
ooc: Oh my... can it possibly be?
[I'm.... caught up! Thanks, everyone, for your patience.]Â
[If there's anyone whom I've actually missed, please do let me know. It hasn't been my intention to drop any threads lately, so if you've been expecting something from me on here and I haven't responded, it's because I didn't realize my turn was up. If I have, don't be shy about reminding me.]

âNo, Iâve come for you.â Nothing but a silhouette as of right now, he crosses his arms. Adjacent to the doorway, âIâve yet to meet you when it concerns the Demon. Whyâs that, if I may be so bold?â
She breathed heavily, steeling herself. This situation, she knew, could get very ugly very fast. Moreover, it could end with her lying broken on the floor, a fate she had vowed never to meet again.Â
"My sister and I were unacquainted when she knew you," she said in a cold, detached voice, not looking at him. "I suppose you getting this close to me means I should have invested in some guards."Â

"Talia's next of kin, yes?"
"That doesn't bode well. Yes, unless you'd prefer our father."Â
â
Nyssa learned of Bane's title as The Man Who Broke the Bat before she learned of his transgression against her sister. When she allied herself to Ra's' cause, took up her father's role, and made an enemy of Batman, she was perfectly prepared to seek out Bane's services for the League. Talia has never told her exactly what happened between them, but she has said enough for Nyssa to think him the same kind of monster who harmed her daughter in WWII. The only reason she did not seek to kill him personally after learning that something dark had happened between him and her sister was that Talia asked her to stand down.
However, she remembers her father's alliance with her own enemies decades ago, and part of her fears that she may yet reconsider her position on the man. Her sister's continued rejection at the hands of Batman and Nyssa's ever increasing agreement with her father make her feel that perhaps the enemy of her enemy might still be her friend yet.Â
