If I could go back in time it would be… It would be that night we met up.. Our friends in tow. The night they became friends. The night that my palms were sweaty Voice shaky. Cheeks rosey. Permanent smile upon my lips. We kissed the first time that night. Hands intertwined, shallow breaths, your lips upon mine. Our bodies entangled. Heaven sent. Stayed up all night. Front porch step blaring on the phone. Laughing til we cried and our stomach ached. I didn’t want to sleep. Morning would come too soon to take you away from me. that night was perfect… Magical. In your arms was the most amazingg place I’ve ever been. I couldn’t get enough of you. When you left a week later.. Climbing out of the bed we made the best memories in.. Where our connection had begun in the most harmless of ways… When you told me I wasn’t what you wanted.. Looking into my eyes while my heart was breaking….. You watched as i fell apart, As I was sobbing so loud like it would take it all back or that just maybe it could possibly wake me up from this nightmare. You walked out the door that night. Apart of my soul got into your car with you as you drove away. You Left me on the floor.. All the promises you broke. Despite the heartache.. Your chapter in my story was the one I loved the most.
