Apparently Iāve hit theĀ āreminiscing: fangirl editionā phase of quarantine as I found myself on fanfiction.net for the first time in FOREVER earlier this week. Twas a rainy evening, sinking my plan for my daily walk, andĀ I had no idea what to do with my newly free night. I donāt even remember what it was that made me think of it, but I had a memory from a particular fic come to mind and after a while I thoughtĀ āI wonder if itās still up. Maybe Iāll reread it...āĀ
Cut to me last night, unable to tear myself away from the last few chapters to go for my walk on a (finally!) gorgeous day.Ā
Ugh. It seems even after I stopped watching after S3 (with a brief return for Amber/Samcedes in 5B), after moving on with life and finding new stuff that brings me the little joys that Glee did, after years and years of a Glee free life with a crazy busy schedule, when it comes down to it and I revisit, I am still absolute Samcedes trash.Ā

Since I have no plans for the rest of tonight, I think Iām gonna reread a couple more of my all-time faves that are sadly unfinished (and what I wouldnāt give to get more/an end to these from these epic ladies!!!): - ErināsĀ Skins!Glee another oldie (at this point arenāt they all though? lol), but goodie. I canāt get enough of this fic, love the way Erin writes it. Itās insanely good.Ā - Magnetic by the incomparable Vini.Ā Ugh. M favorite favorite FAVORITE Samcedes fic of all time. Vini has written so many of my favorite fanfics. I hope the universe rewarded her for the wonderfulness she put out into the world with her writing.Ā I hope she knows how much her stories brought me pockets of happiness in crappy times.Ā I hope sheās happy.Ā
