DCA Data Base: Found on X/IV/XX, the last patient of the Good Knowledgeable Health Care program. It was a successful Mental Institution for X years until Patient 13 was found in Kraklucha Park near Unova. Due to missing parents and questionable health the young girl was delivered to main building of GKHC before moved over to one of the specialized buildings. The building was -error- II years later from -error-. The Health Program was shut down do to -error-. The Human is still around and among society today. Her mental condition is under careful watch. Data is still being collected on this individual.
