Yotsuki Hansha of the Kumogakure village. Still trying to decide on her attacks n shiz. She's a Lightning/Water/Yin chakra type. Strong in Genjutsu / Ninjutsu / Seals, pretty weak everywhere else ;-; (I try to make my bbys realistic / not OP af) Yotsuki clan. Kiyoi's a big-bro or cousin. (Still haven't 100% decided where I want her to fit into the Naruto-verse tbh) She's got tats on her shoulders like a lot of Kumo-nin, but they're covered by her shirt. They're the Kanji 嵐 (storm) and 夢 (dream). Personality: Quiet, Spacey, Annoys easily Blood Type: O Aquarius Yes. She is a total self-insert character. I want to make more ocs though. :3c
