You can specify the amount of ice and level of sweetness, plus they have many drink add-ins, including boba, grass jelly, other jellies, egg pudding, red bean, taro, crème brulee cream, several kinds of cheese cream, coconut ice cream, etc. The teas are brewed in advance, but drinks are made to order.
