It can look like an impossible pose to achieve until you get there more easily than you thought.
IMPROVES:
-Focus, strength in many muscles such as core, upper back, chest, arms, shoulders, forearms.
➖Find a good teacher to teach you how to get the pose;
➖Don’t jump to reach the pose;
➖Use a pillow for safety 🦷;
➖Take your time. You don’t need to get there in the first day or week or month.
