is it the yoga where you have to yoga in a hot room or is it normal room-temperature yoga? is there such a thing as cold yoga?
Yeah there's cold yoga lol. I don't think it is, it doesn't say hot room yoga or bikram yoga, it just says yoga. I thought it was MW but it's just W Zike is free for another evening! Only I have work tomorrow but that doesn't follow me home so it is okay.
