Riku is Kirinmaru’s hanyoo son, Kirinmaru has forsaken him (or forgotten about him, he seemed a bit lost about who his four perils were) and he’s the client asking for Four Perils to be defeated through Jyubei’s Corpse Shop. Thus explaining why he appears in the opening alongside Jyubei.

Takechiyo is Hachi’s child, if we consider the fact that Miroku appears to have left Takechiyo to Jyubei’s care, and we know Miroku had tight connections to Hachi, another tanuki!

This would also suppose that Miroku did indeed meet with Setsuna.

Sesshoomaru and Kirinmaru are somehow connected to each other, as they’re shown to be approaching battle-stance ready Inuyasha and child-carrying Kagome (child being Moroha!)

Also that Moroha was given away due to some danger related to Sesshoomaru and Kirinmaru, and JUDGING from Moroha’s appearance, I don’t think it’s farfetch’d to think the caretaker of Moroha would be Koga!

Setsuna’s stolen dreams are connected to Rin’s forever sleep inside the Tree of Ages.

Riku is confirmed to be the client and is collecting the Rainbow Pearls, and given further proof towards him being connected to Kirinmaru as Kyuki knew him, thou we still don’t know whether he is his son or whether he’s a hanyoo

Takechiyo IS connected to Hachi (mentioned to be an elder!!), thou it wasn’t explicitly said that he’s his child,

Hachi is the one who took Moroha away from danger, thou we don’t know whether he raised her or whether he took him elsewhere for caretaking (so Koga is still a possibility) and

Setsuna IS connected to Rin’s forever sleep, as it looks like the Dream Butterfly stole Setsuna’s dreams to keep Rin sleeping inside the Tree of Ages.

What new stuff we learned:

Jyubei has the green Rainbow Pearl in his possession and Riku’s earring IS the blue Rainbow Pearl, if that wasn’t clear already

Riku plans on killing Yashahime group so he can have all the Rainbow Pearls in his possession for, something, and also states he only kills the ones he loves. CREEPY

Towa’s dragon attack IS Sesshoomaru’s Sooryuha

Moroha can use Sankontessoo without turning into Beniyasha as well.

Kagome and Inuyasha chose to give the rouge from Inuyasha’s mom to their daughter if they got one, which is CUTE ;_;

Takechiyo KNOWS what Kirinmaru looks like! And Riku is his work's client. However, he does NOT know Sesshoomaru.
