So, wine number 2, the 2015 Ruby Rosé of Pinot Noir from Del Rio Springs. We've talked about these guys recently... but this wine is so beautiful in the glass. That coral pink is something else! Aromas of strawberry, rhubarb, and rose petals intermingle with cardamom and raspberry on the nose; on the palate, this light-bodied rosé is slightly sweet with notes of white cherry, raspberry, chamomile, pink grapefruit, and limestone.
