she’s certainly tiny in comparison to Tallgeese and Anzu!

Yennefer is 4-6 months old, and is 50% Orpington which are BIG birds that reach full size at around 1 year. her other half is a mystery - it’s either Cochin, another huge breed (just look at Anzu!), or Black Copper Marans, which are substantially smaller.

based on her size and INTENSE iridescence, my money’s currently on Black Copper Marans (meaning she’ll always be petite relative to the others)

her first egg will offer a clue, as Marans lay dark chocolate eggs! I’m quite excited to find out
