Stopped by @snapgallery this afternoon and checked out “Macromareal Prelude: In Fog and Storm and Sunshine” a live sound performance. Composed by Scott Smallwood. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Solo horn players were spread around a 2-3 block radius. It was impressive how far the sound of one instrument carried let along when you could hear them all overlapping. Also kinda interesting how all the other sounds of the city overlapped (ie cars and shopping cars filled with cans, bicycles etc) Nice to see all the musicians involved too .Twelve in total.
