‘The portal’

I don't think I draw half enough Edesha (Edan X Yashepha) which is weird because next to Mowdola and Levi X Silesia it's my favourite ship in Onewish! I think it works really well due to Edan learning to accept others not of royalty, and Yashepha learning that he isn't just a stuck up prince.

I did an idea similar to this a while ago, with Yashepha and her magic but recently I've been putting a little more thought into it. I think Yashepha will be the only member that doesn't have magic and she feels really insecure about it. And then when she and Mowbrae get cursed together (which happens before the series starts) she is able to steal off Mowbrae's magic a little bit so she gets the idea that she's useless without Mowbrae. Which makes it harder when Mowbrae dies and she loses her magic. I really love Yashepha's character so I hope to still keep her confident but I've been adding a bit more angst to her recently oof

I was drawing this in my sketchbook yesterday and decided to post it today. So I believe at some point in ONEWISH I'll send Yashepha and Mowbrae out on a mission to cure their curse. I don't know how it'll turn out but I do think it'll be fun to draw!
