It isn’t everyday you find a wolf wandering your local grocery store. Amaterasu was on the quest for something specific. Something specific and so important that she had risked wandering into a predominantly human building, where she wandered lost between linoleum isles. The structure of this building was relatively alien to her. Nippon lacked any sort of building bearing any semblance to a grocery store; instead, it was bountiful in merchants who carried all their merchandise with them, on the road.
Most people gave her space, as once Amaterasu entered a single isle, people began either to scatter or put ten feet in between them and the wolf. Geez, you’d think people had never seen a god shop before. At this rate, it wouldn’t be long until she would start to be ushered and shooed out by management, but this was something Amaterasu was blissfully unaware of. She simply continued to wander and look for her objective; her wet, dark nose twitching as it searched for a particular scent.
Not here.. this seemed to be some sort of cold milk aisle.
