"How can you be so calm in this situation, Maria!? We have to figure out how to get back to normal!"
“It’s pretty odd to hear my own voice panicking to such a degree, and to see myself so startled… this really isn’t the end of the world, Phantom. Honest!”
To see her rival in such a state of distress was a bit worrying, and it wasn’t as if his panic was for nothing as waking up in a body that isn’t your own can be rather troubling when you have no idea how things ended up that way, but she would rather see herself in an understandable state of calm than how troubled Phantom was making her out to be. “Besides, if we were both freaking out about this, there would be no progress in figuring out how we get back to normal… so staying calm feels right to me, see?” Maria gave a reassuring laugh, pausing for a moment as she processed that it was Phantom’s voice laughing and not her own–that was a surprisingly pleasant sound to hear.
She’d have to do it again sometime soon.
Perhaps after she calmed the former Precure Hunter down, or at least made an attempt to do so. “So how about we just sit down and try and figure a thing or two out about what could have caused this. That sounds like a good plan to me, a whole lot better than going along with the initial panic of it all.”
With that, ‘Phantom’ took careful hold of ‘Maria’s’ hand, leading them to the nearest park bench. A sit down would be better than standing around.
“Also, did you know you just called me by my first name? That’s new!”
