MISC. PICTURES > It seems Dammek is trying to get Xefros to be more outgoing (and also rebellious), which in small measures wouldn't be bad for him.
He lets himself get bossed around a lot. Of course, it's either that or execution on Alternia, so you know, it's reasonable behaviour in that context.
And aww, Xefros' lusus help him create a first "cuebat" for him.
Say what you want, but it seems Xefros really has a handle on the cleaning part of his future obligatory occupation. That hallway is squeaky clean, literally, and so reflective!

But that'd be cool, him not being actually that rebellious or something, just an inspiration for the masses.
SPOON/TELEKINESIS + POSTER > Ooooh, okay, so Xefros isn't being down on himself, Xultan really WAS a great TK user. Geez, on par with the A2 ancestors, it would seem!
CREST OF THE ALTERNIAN PRO ARENA STICKBALL LEAGUE > pffff, the balls are all various sizes and have certain powers! Definitely inspired by the Felt. So Xefros really WAS lucky when he hit the Clover!
SPLAYSAC > Gross beanbag alternatives. So it's filled with sopor slime to help relax. Seems like a lot of effort is being put into keeping the gen-pop docile and ruleable.
VAULT > Oooh, snacks for the lusus. I assume we need it to get the lumbering beast moving.

Wait, they ACTUALLY use "Clover" to describe the ball with number 4? And ha, he was LUCKY. I totally see what they did there.
Anyway, as far as I know (or Google tells me) "clover" is not an actual word used in human culture for that ball, so do they really use The Felt names for all the balls?

Come to think of it, what with all these descriptions of Dammek seemingly determining a pretty big part of Xefros's life, it's kind of like how Equius was so bossy with Nepeta and told her what to do.
Maybe it's kind of a standard thing with moirails, maybe especially when one of the two is of a higher caste?
And maybe then Xefros's role is making sure Dammek doesn't go to far with his rebellious actions and doesn't get himself killed doing it? Like, he's Dammek's voice of reason or something. D'aww. :)

I think we've seen other stuff in the Trolls' hives in Homestuck that had these green circles on them, but I never even thought about the fact that it could imply they were filled with Sopor Slime!
