Hi!! To start off I love your account! I was just wondering how you got started with Role Playing, I really want to start but am not sure exactly how.... :/

So it kind of was a one off thing that grew into this obsession that I wish I had found a quicker path to tumblr with. I started when I was about 15 (so about 12 years of role playing) and it was with Buffy The Vampire Slayer in chat rooms with other people. One liners and actions put in :::: . Then it grew to one on one rping where I used dinky websites that I found, and message boards. Then my lovely sister told me about tumblr.
It took about four different tries until I figured out how to use it, and how to rp on it. When I started this blog I took a chance. I twisted a character I love to make it my own so she had her own voice, but was still the canon character people loved, or hated. The I searched tags of characters I knew I could write with (obviously Deans and Sams) then expanded to other ones. I just asked meme’s, posted to random starters and it snowballed from there.
My mentality is to just wing it, I rarely plot and that’s kind of how I did this. I jumped into it feet first, I write what I want, I post what I want (i try to stay away from spoilers don’t want people to kill me), and I have fun. That’s the most important rule in all of this, cause if you don’t have fun and let your creativeness flow what’s the point?
