So it seems like everything happening over tetro and Von is rapping up

I've been waiting until the controversy to end in some sort of resolution, and I suppose this is it

I absolutely loved Tetro, the characters were so lovable. I loved the writing, the story, and I was really excited to see where it was gonna go. And I met so many wonderful people, early Tetro fandom was actually the first ever fandom I've actually interacted with

I'm disappointed to say the least, I never expected it to just end like this. But I'm gonna be real, I kinda feel apathetic about it

I don't outright hate Von. I don't like her right now, but Hate is a strong word, only reserved for the strongest of instances, and I can't really find myself to hate someone to an intense extreme, especially if I don't actually know them in real life. I'm just so aughhhh im really disappointed in her

Going by Felix's statement, someone who actually knows her, I wish she would've done better, she should've took accountability, communicated better, and actually tried to better herself. But I suppose it can't be helped I guess

I don't have all the info since I don't got a Twitter, but from what I do know, I don't support her actions. I don't like what she's done, it's pretty scummy. It was pretty bad for her to use AI in her art and be careless to hire minors without asking their age and and let them voice taboo and suggestive topics, but it's worse to lie to your fan base, then not tell your staff that their work is unpaid for, and then be pretty shitty to your staff to the point that they're walking on eggshells around you. It's really, really bad, but honestly I just hope the people affected are okay

(I'm only mentioning the main problems since the other stuff I'm still trying to form an opinion on)

I hope that this is a wake up call for her to improve herself and seek help. I think it's telling she's not the most well human being, and I'm not saying that as a backhanded insult, I genuinely think she has some issues to work through, some really bad issues. Despite everything, I'm trying to choose empathy, recognize she's still human, and hope she betters herself.

If any ex-fans out there are disappointed and heartbroken, your feelings matter. While I've kind of quickly moved on myself, Finding out that a once-in-a-million piece of fan media turns out to be full of ai-generated images can be extremely heartbreaking and hard to accept. I was shocked beyond belief when I first found out, silently hoping that the allegations weren't true. But unfortunately, they were.

Don't go harassing or attacking anyone, especially Von since they're at the heart of this. It's not gonna do any good for the world, yourself, and others. It's gross and weird.

As for me, I've kinda already accepted it. It might be surprising but it's not the first time where I just had to accept things as is

I'm going to move on to other media, I mean, my blog is meant to be multi fandom. So expect some life series or pokemon content, or even content on other fangans if I ever get around to it

If Tetro ever comes back from it's hiatus, maybe I'd listen to it again? I'm not sure, all I would be there for is the VA work and story. Probably not gonna be as invested in it to keep up, but meh, we'll see I suppose. It would definitely help that there wouldn't be any more visuals, just the VAs and the writing

I'm not letting go Tetro Fanfare AU, I've met so many wonderful people there, people I still talk to. And either way, even if Fanfare is a Tetro AU, it might as well be it's own fangan, right? It's got its inspirations from Tetro, but it's also got its own characters, stories, and lore. There's no way I'm leaving all of that behind, Dr. Itzcuintli hasn't even got his time to shine

I hope the best of luck to all the Tetro fans out there, I hope you can find some solace after all of this and move on, whether that's moving onto another fangan or piece of media, or just find a way to cope and maybe one day accept the situation ig.
