          it's safe to say that she wasn't  expecting           visitors. truth be told,  she's  kept  to  herself           over the past sixth months.  aside  from  the           rare,  occasional  get-together  with  friends,           she spends the majority of her time wishing           she could hit rewind. wouldn't it be easier if           she could start again, start new? without the           pain? without the heartbreak?

                   the knock on  the  door  startles  her,  causes                    her  to  jump  and  all  but  race  for  the  door.                    and the second she  opens  it,  she wants  to                    slam it shut. six months of not knowing w h y,                    six  months  of  not  knowing  if  she  was  the                    problem.  but  here  she  is.  like   elena   had               always wanted.

au where tris comes back as a ghost and makes sure four is okay. she continuously checks up on him and one day she swears he can see her. he tries to convince himself he isn’t seeing her but one day she screams at him loud enough for him to hear. it’s unsure how but for a moment they’re together again.

Another sleepless night, nothing but her in his mind. Tobias     couldn't stop thinking of every memory, whether it was of     a kiss or an argument; he couldn't stop thinking of that one     day, when Cara delivered the news. It's been months though,     almost a year--and he still couldn't get over it. But who would?                              No one could let go of a loved one so easily.
