ZeLink Week Day 1 - Reunion
The hug lasted longer than it was supposed to, but Xelda didnāt plan on letting go. When he asked Lynk if she remembered him, it took her longer than he wouldāve liked for her to answer, but he could wait. He waited 100 years for her answer, he could wait another minute.
She gave a slight nod of the head before answering in that gentle but crisp voice of hers,Ā āIā¦I remember you. I remember you better than I remember myself.ā
Her answer hurt him a little, but he would make sure she remembered. He tightened the hug and she did as well, although hesitantly. His fingers laced through her hair and he let out a content sigh. He wished they could stay like this forever, embracing each other and silently enjoying each others company. However, theyād have to part soon. But he had waited a century for their reunion, so maybe Lynk wouldnāt mind waiting another minute.
Small rambling under the cut
This is so freakinā late but I wanted to at least draw this day, so here. Also, my art program sucks and I gave up halfway through. This, and the rest of my things for the week, features my Blood of the God and Soul of the Heroine au, so female Link and male Xelda. See? This is why I donāt participate.Ā I wanted to draw for every day but that wonāt happen, so instead Iāll just post the little drabbles.
