honey: when your muse loves someone (whether it be romantic, platonic, or familial love), how do they show it?
When it comes to romantic love, she treats it more like a friendship - with the added benefits of sexual interractions. Ā She has been known to say that she couldnāt fall in love with someone that she couldnāt be friends with.
Itās a bit tougher for her when it comes to familial love as the only family that she had ever known was her mom who was drunk or high more often than not (and her brother but she doesnāt know heās her brother yet). Ā She tried to take as good care of her mother as any 8-9 year old could have - making the meals, doing the laundry, getting her mother to bed when she was passed out drunk.
anise: when it comes to self-care, what does your muse do to take care of themselves? do they take care to spend time on it, or do they feel they donāt deserve it?
I donāt think Jess necessarily feels she deserves self-care and almost views it as friviolous. Ā When she has a bad day, she doesnāt dive face first into a tub of ben and jerrys or take an hour long bath or treat herself to a trip to the spa; She just goes about her day as per normal, hoping that the next day is a little bit better.Ā
new leaf: what message would your muse send to their past self, if any?
āDear self, donāt do it. Ā I know things seem rough right now, like itās never going to be good again - but taking that drink and snorting that line of coke? Itās only going to make things infinitely worse for you. Ā Talk a walk, listen to music - just donāt give in to the addictions.ā
moss: how easily does your muse adapt to any new situations theyāre thrust into?
Poorly. Ā Sheād handle it really well right off the bat, but quickly get overwhelmed. Ā Eventually, sheād have a little breakdown - but once she recovered from that and took things on a little more slowly, sheād be okay.
