“Howdy neighbor.” Alice smiled, despite wanting to frown instead, due to the fact that she was grumpy. She lost count to the times her neighbor showered around three am or later when she wanted to sleep, instead of hearing the constant movement and drip drip dripping of the droplets that would remain once they were done with it.

The female took into mind, that perhaps this happened due to the other having to work and not having any other time to keep up with their hygiene at other hours -- Which was completely understandable, but the fact that she has not been sleeping properly for quite sometime ever since the apartment became occupied by them and for the fact that she was getting quite sick, lead her to call them to attention.

“May I ask if you could take your wonderful showers at another hour, preferentially an hour where others may be woken as well? So happens that the pipes of this old apartment complex come across my ceiling, so I can hear the dripping all night and seeing most are awake, I can also listen to you shower and I’ve been not been sleeping well in a while and now it’s worse that I’m this sick.” She finally gave in and pouted, hoping they could understand and tried her hardest to not fall asleep while standing because near their door, she couldn’t hear the dripping and her eyes were feeling very heavy and so it was pretty tempting to just snooze for a bit.

Connection: either a dude that went there to release and give his part of the thing and saw her waiting and thought that he might as well go the natural things if charmed by her, later on a guy that might think that the kid really looks like him and perhaps they could be neighbors? or anything that comes to your mind frankly. Left it pretty open by her first consultation, so it could even be her doctor lmao

Alice has always been a shy mess and was pretty sure by now that she wouldn’t ever have kids, for her lack of a dating life, so after gaining the courage, she went to a medical proper place and was trying her best now to not turn her back and flee, while seating for her turn to talk to the doctor or responsible for the first time before scheduling a time to actually do it.

She took notice of the guys that would enter on the place as well, but take another route and her mind went around with thoughts, of what could happen if she actually could speak properly to males, but the cheer thought itself had her blushing.

Alice could had came to the city for work, but that didn’t mean she would have her eyes closed. Meaning that the time she went to live with the bride, who was her friend and she had vowed to cook her wedding cake for, she always noticed the neighbor from across the hall that always has her tongue twisted and messing up her words whenever trying to greet him.  Which obviously was embarrassing, but the worse was to come. Jia had went out to do a few adjustments to her dress on her own and Alice had came back from a meeting with the restaurant that would work with her within the big day, so that meant that the house was locked -- obviously because no one was home, but she also had no key, seeing that she clumsily forgot it home, so now, the only thing she could do was smile, wave to the other and expect that he would enter quietly on his own apartment without noticing the rubbish that Alice just gad done to herself.

“You sure? Are you feeling ill? Need me to cook you something to calm your stomach or do some tea?” Alice questioned worriedly and tried not to yawn by the same time that she obligated herself to at least keep one eye to remain open.

“I am so, so sorry, love.” Alice tried not to gag as the pastry rolled around her mouth. She didn’t want to be rude and spit it out in front of the one whom made it, but also wasn’t able to swallow it, so she was getting quite worried of herself for the time she had it in her mouth.

“Your pastry is disgusting.” She confessed in a shaky sigh as tears fell down her cheeks and one mouth covered her lips, since the all thing was bound to fall down from her mouth. “You have the capacities to do better, but this wasn’t it. Should we both spend some time together and give this one a spin?” She offered, wouldn’t the other be offended by what she said and also so they could grow, alike she did and because what she is today.

“I don’t get drunk too often, but once I do, I apparently let all my reasoning all go away.” Alice murmured to herself as she find herself within a bed with someone else by her side. “What did I do to end up with you by my side, when I barely have the ability to converse without making a fool out of myself?”
