TTartisan, a Chinese lens manufacturer, has just announced its first autofocus lens for Fujifilm X-mount.
The 27mm f/2.8 XF pancake lens (opens in new tab) is only the second autofocus lens released by TTartisan, which has previously specialized in producing low-cost manual-focus lenses.
The first thing that struck me about the new 27mm f/2.8 lens is how light it is.
Because of its equivalent 41mm full-frame focal length and portability, it weighs only 93g and is ideal for street photography(opens in new tab).
It's compatible with many of the best Fujifilm cameras(opens in new tab) series cameras, including the Fujifilm X-T4(opens in new tab) and the Fujifilm X-S10(opens in new tab), but we think it'd look great with the Fujifilm X-T200.especially if you're trying to keep your kip small and light. It is composed of six elements organized into five groups and has a diaphragm with seven blades.
It features an STM stepping motor for silent, anti-shake focusing, making it an excellent video lens. Its accurate eye tracking allows it to capture people, pets, and even wild animals, and it can be used when shooting images and recording videos.
The TTartisan 27mm lens, like some of the best Fujifilm lenses, has a clickable aperture ring so that the aperture can be changed on the lens rather than through a menu, or you can set it to A if you want it to set the aperture automatically.
