hey there! as promised, here are the moodboards for chapter 12.

this chapter was a real treat to write and provided so much emotional healing for our chaotic duo. and i’m so excited for chapter 13 which will hopefully be landing early next week since this week is going to be pretty hectic for me, which leads me to the exciting news i have been hinting at.

as some of you know, i’m a uni student in the sciences—geomorphology but i may switch tracks to marine ecology. however, it’s always been my dream to be a published writer and possibly see my work in film, be it tv or a movie. well, i have been taking courses with an english professor who has become a mentor of sorts and he’s taken great interest in three of my fics—Intertidal, Violet Midnight, and Myth. so much interest that he has asked for the pdf’s so that he could share them with his publishing agent and manager.

thats right y’all, all three are being read over for consideration for publication! and this is a hard inquiry he is doing on my behalf.

of course the names of the characters would have to be changed since those belong to the addams family (in all iterations) and i do not yet know what this would mean for keeping my fics online if i were to publish them as originals. but the fact of the matter is that i may soon be making my dreams a reality and i couldn’t be more thrilled to share this news!

my journey through this fandom has been a tumultuous one and there are still grievences i carry that have yet to be fully resolved internally. but had i not entered the wednesday fandom, i would have never written these three stories, namely Intertidal which is what caught my professor’s eye as a writer—not an instructor. so to an extent i am thankful for the hardships and struggles. they made me write stories better than any i have ever written before. and the friends i have made and kept along the way are some of the most amazing genuinely outstanding people on the face of this planet and are worth all the love and admiration they receive and more. so thank you guys, you know who you are and i love you gremlins to pieces.

so yeah, keep an eye out for chapter 13 and, possibly soon, a couple of books from yours truly hitting the shelves. 💜🤙🏻💜

First:

Wednesday return to Nevermore was as to be expected, few things had changed. The school had diligently been returned to its former glory; the quad barely showed a signed sign of battle. Which was a shame when truly it only would have served as a reminder of the constant need to be vigilant and not ignorant of each other and outcasts. They had even restored Crackstones crypt to its further glory.
