Armored trains are cool. They didn't really do much but terrorize the folks unfortunate enough to live near the tracks, or by interrupting supply chains or something. And every one was different. No standardization or "models" to mess with lol

"These men have come across. They are at the front now. Join them. Enlist in the Navy."
This WWI recruiting was illustrated c. 1918 by F.X. Leyendecker, the younger brother to the more celebrated J.C. Leyendecker.

WWI Heavy Bomber
SMS Seydlitz. She took part in both the Battle of Dogger Bank and Battle of Jutland. She suffered severe damage in both engagements. A near magazine explosion at Dogger Bank and she was hit twenty one times by large caliber rounds and a torpedo at Jutland. But at Jutland she and Derfflinger destroyed the battlecruiser HMS Queen Mary. She ended life interned, then scuttled at Scapa Flow.
Udet in WWI. 62! Wow!

Germany's first tank. The A7V. As you can see it was just a pillbox on a chassis. It wasn't very fast or capable of crossing any type of uneven ground. Cannon on the front, with MGs on the side and stern. Idk specifics about any action they were involved in. I'll check it out...
I can't imagine what it's like fighting a battle in a WWI tank!
How about some armor from the first world war. We have the little French FTs. The strange tank that overhangs it's track front and back called the Saint-Charmond. The moving pillbox of the German A7Vs. The tadpole shaped MKIVs of Britain. Only one missing is a Whippet tank. Hmm
