When I say “weightless by winter” I don’t mean that in an unhealthy way. It is simply the hope that by the time winter comes around, weight will no longer be a factor that holds us back. 

I know it may seem incredibly premature to start a countdown or countup to winter break already, but there are two reasons I want to start now. Firstly, I love christmas time so much that I’m already singing carols. But more importantly, because 'dieting' doesn’t take a day. If you want to lose excess weight, if you want to tone your body, if you want to do something that requires your body changing, you need to have a plan, commit to it, and give it time. So here we are. 10 weeks away from winter break, and 10 weeks away from a new, different, changed body, a safer and more positive mindset and a healthier lifestyle. If you start now, and keep on pushing yourself, you will see changes. Stop saying tomorrow. Lets do this NOW. You can do this, lovelies. Tomorrow I will post Week 1 of the 5 weekly post. (And after that, another 5 week set to get you to the new year).
