✗ HYESOO
It had been many, many years since the last time Hyesoo was in a situation like this. During her childhood, she probably spent more time outside than in the house, but living in Seoul for such a long period of time, along with her busy and inflexible schedules, heavily limited her quality time spent with mother nature. Spending snow days either working or resting left her feeling a little bit rusty– but also in her defense, the last time she’d attempted sledding was with far less advanced equipment. Cardboard boxes, plastic storage containers, and worn-down tires were often good enough for her and her sister, allowing themselves a moment of quick thrill before returning to the warm indoors for hot drinks from their grandmother.
Moments like those were ones that she missed dearly. It might not have been nearly the same now, but the current snow day activities were still enough to evoke that same childish thrill in her that laid dormant for years now. “They don’t make double sleds past kids sizes? We’re little, I think we could totally fit it. Well maybe not little in my case, but light–” she asked the younger female, slight laughter in her voice as she tried to use humor to mask her hesitance. Of course, her mind was quick to try and find all the possible ways that such a simple task could go wrong. She could tip over, fall off, get snow all up her clothing and in her shoes, maybe even hit a tree with her luck. The only way to get over it was to just go through it, but stalling through conversation with Nayeon did help to ease her nerves somewhat. “Ah, oh well. Ready to go down?” With a wave of her hand, Hyesoo hoped to wave her nerves away as well, raising her eyebrows at the younger female in a teasing manner.
There was not the least kind of worry portrayed among the younger singer's face, already a wide grin had spread over her face at the knowledge at what kind of fun was to come. Originally when she had thought of snow activities, she would have been thinking of maybe going snowboarding or alike which would have been more like the winters of her teenage years when she had still been at home and gone on holidays with her parents but riding a sled like this and just being able to enjoy the snow and winter, this was more than enough for her to already look forward to the afternoon, completely ignoring their possible many crashes, the tiring having to pull up the sled over and over again so they could start from the hill's top, she only cared about the joy of it. "Are you trying to hurt me?" She raised her eyebrows as she turned her head around, seeming to be serious all of a sudden as if she had actually taken it as insult, the fact that she was half a head smaller than the other and yet she had once by accident gotten to know they were around the same weight nonetheless. This could have even made some people collapse in shock or go on a diet but she was feeling content with her body and weight, with the type of figure she had so she never had wasted it any more thought than considering that their right down would not be all that fast as expected since one of them was so very light. She herself would simply take the position of the small one, something that had made her pull out her heels when meeting the rapper more often than not. Not any more words spoken as she just grabbed Hyesoo's hand to pull tightly around her waist before she already pushed them off with no regards to possible last objections.
