Like shaking hands. The way I understand it is that two people are shaking hands so I was confused how this would be whumpy π so does it mean that the whumpee is shaking or their hands are shaking?
Also about waterboarding. Google translate translated it to mean surfing or like watersports to me so I was confused about it as well. But does it mean that the whumpee is dehydrated or sth like that?
Hi! For "shaking hands" we mean trembling hands, so the whumpee is shaking.
As for "waterboarding", this refers to a method of torture where a cloth is placed over the whumpee's face and water is poured over it to make them feel like they're drowning.
