God is not concerned about your biological clock you keep track of. He will give you every year you THINK you’ve lost back, and add them within our marriage, so let that go.

NO, this is not on a wedding day.

BUT THIS, is simply me...looking in the eyes, of the one whom I’ve prayed for.

I don’t want to only look at you this way, when I’m trying to make up when I may have been wrong, and trying to make things right..

I don’t want to only look at you this way, when making love to your body and soul is my sudden priority for a day either, but this is me practicing how to express to you my love, without saying a word. This may seem a little awkward and humorous in the beginning, but the longer we stand and see eye to eye, the better we’ll stand side by side.

You are the eyes that direct me from cautionary situations and your gaze can even diffuse the emotions I may have brewing on the inside..

Why do we wanna be promoted but don't care to even finish the work initially on your list..

Why do you feel obligated to have everything you want but don't how to work for it?

So many questions and we move too fast to reveal any answers....

⚜️A Friendships prayer⚜️

Father, I know it’s not always easy to see through the many facades and perfected poker faces many have, so I ask that with your help, you make me aware of who is in my sacred space.

Help me to appoint those who only YOU give the consent for. Help me to learn that those who are meant to be temporary in my life, are in fact NEEDED, and they come with lessons I need to learn • answers to the questions I’ve asked you for even, and that temporal encounters can be appointed by you.

Teach me how not to demonize someone for being different • for disagreeing with my views and standards • for holding me accountable, (knowing I asked for you to send those who would), and because they won’t settle with my procrastination.

Thank you Lord, for not only those who you send my way and to connect with, but for those who you’ll have me to sever from in the same process.

Hold me,

as I cut ties with those who I have a history with • who I may of had relations with even • with those who we mutually promised never to leave, but ultimately now have to let go of. I thank you God, for setting my friendships up, for success.

Have us to all win, who’s been through the rain..

It’s all obtainable, but you just have to quit fighting against the storm and find its treasures after it’s over. The rainbow is a sign that it is worth it after all. 🌈

You know that to many, I may be a sight to see, and several of them would love to take a close look... But as you already know, if one happens to come close enough, I could cut them. 😞 I want to be MORE than just appealing to the eye, and also less dangerous to a connection. I know you don’t make mistakes Lord, so that just inundates me with why I feel the way that I do.. I know you’ve said that we could speak to the mountain and it would move but, why is it that I always seem to fall right in the way of what’s best for me.. Help me to see me, like YOU see me. Have me to be just as wonderful to those who “view” me, as I am to you. I don’t want to continue to hurt anyone because of my humanity; I may look like a sight to see, (☝🏾☝🏾☝🏾) but help me to behold...
