A few months ago I was included in the online literature publication Lines and Breaks by @writegirlla WriteGirl is a wonderful LA based program for young local girls to build confidence, community, and learn to write. I was a member when I was younger and I often say WriteGirl is the best thing that ever happened to me. They are the reason I chose to go after writing. It was such a wonderful thing to be able to reconnect with them in this way after years and going off to college. It’s amazing to see how much they have expanded in my time away from the program and how they reach girls all over now and not just in LA! Thank you WriteGirl for everything you do!
