What a great experience and excellent competition. 2 silvers in men's 97kg Greco-Roman and Freestyle. Did much better in the freestyle but still got beat on points by my Taiwanese opponent. Thankful to my family, my wife @sveachristinkong and the Wrestling Federation Of Singapore @sg_wrestling for the support and encouragement to go participate in all these competitions, they are great learning experiences. Bronze at the SEA Wrestling And Grappling Championships 2018. Would have like an even better result but I'm glad I managed to get some redemption and make the podium. It's will be back to training and continual improvement for the future, but regional competition experience like this is valuable.
