One thing about Iceland people may be unaware of is how incredible the food is! The food culture is built on sourcing food locally as much as possible and providing creative tasty cuisine. Almost all restaurants have partnerships with local farms and fishermen which is always something we like to support! This is the fish delivery truck outside Pukkhús Restaurant in Höfn where we ate langoustine pizza!!
