This might be the most dramatic thing that I've ever done but I feel like I would regret it if I never thanked you for all the ways you've saved my life.
I've lurked on your blog for a long time and your content has made life just a bit brighter for me. When the military planes flew low over my house or terrorists broke into my neighborhood to terrorise us, I'd look at your blog.
When the news was extra depressing and the world seemed extra dark, your gifs and your reviews helped me find the light. The world cannot be that bad if people like you are out there. I'd often tell myself that if I could find something in common with a stranger millions of kilometres away from me in a completely different world, then maybe my life wasn't so bad.
Thank you for everything you've done and all that you do. You will never know how much you've meant to me over the years.

Wow anon, this ask really grabbed my heart.
My favorite thing about tumblr is knowing that all of the people I'm following/are following me, are from all over the world. We all get to connect about fandom stuff, and it's like SO THE BEST. If you had told me that being obsessed with k-dramas would bring me new friends from a bunch of different countries, speaking so many different languages well, I'd be shocked...and yet!
But I would have never thought that my blog would mean so much to someone who is literally living through attacks on a daily basis. It hit me hard that you're going through so much on top of everything else in the world, and feel super honored that my blog is giving you some sunshine! You clearly deserve it.
And you're right anon -it's amazing that we can be in two different places and connect because of something we both love. That is just - my heart!
The next time I think no one is reading what I'm saying, or I feel lonely on the tumblrs, I'm going to remember this ask - It's gonna stay with me.
