Quarantine New York now has 212 cases of coronavirus and only 32 of those are hospitalized. The rest are advised to do a self quarantine of 14 days. Numbers are expected to rise in the coming days. There is no health without mental health. I have a confession to make... even though others always see me calmed, relaxed and always keeping it together... I do struggle with mental stability. . I rarely open up myself to others and use this (photography) to share personal issues (at least visually) with others hoping that I can also reach out to you, and help you if you are going also through hard times. .
