#CaughtInTheAdventure is Michael Wade. Michael, congratulations on your weight loss #adventure. Way to fight for your health. "I want to be very honest with you. That smile in my before picture may look like I'm happy but inside I had little confidence, I believed that I had let myself go and there was no coming back, and I hid my insecurities the best I could. I hated going to the pools or beach and taking off my shirt. While it's easy to say be "confident" in your skin the truth was my physical appearance affected me. My life was super busy. I owned a business so eating fast food was quick, cheap, and easy! It's normal for most people these days to live on fast food. You eat fast food, which is substance, but it's not nutrition. It isn't healthy. Let's be honest...it kept me tired and fat! I was stressed out and food was my easy fix. I hated myself the more I ate because it was a temporary fix and then the guilt would kick in. I finally decided enough was enough!!! I decided my kids were worth it because they are!!! I wanted to be around to see them grow up, have kids, and be the dad that could play with them without tiring out easily. This journey wasn't easy. It wasn't a straight line weight loss journey because I would slip back into my old habits and I wasn't completely consistent but I was consistent enough that I had these amazing results. I eventually got to a point where I looked in the mirror and I got excited!!! I lost weight, the overhang slowly faded, and my skin was tightened. One snickers didn't make me fat and one wrap didn't make me skinny!!! I consistently used ItWorks products, I made better choices, and I exercised as much as I could. I started at 260 lbs and I can now happily say that I am now back to my freshman college weight!!!
