Life | full disclosure I've been having issues with my knees for years... exercise has been my pain management until this past week. I went to the ER twice this weekend. The pain started last week & only got worse by the hour. I didn't think much of it until it hurt when I couldn't go 100 during workouts. Then I knew, FAAAAAK!!! TWO ✌️ visits to the ER this weekend, a muscle relaxer, and a shot later, I finally was able to sleep. Today, I went in to see my Dr. I told him all about my pain, exercising, and He said, I GOT YOU!! Gave me a cortisone shot. Yes, I wish I could've recorded it. Too. I can not work out my legs for 4 days. Once I start to work out, it's going to have to be modified until after therapy. I can work out my upper body & I can walk flat terrain.
